Submit your research paper through our official submission system. Please review all guidelines carefully before submission to ensure compliance with ICETPS 2026 publication standards.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission’s compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Submission Guidelines

  • Submissions must be original and unpublished.
  • Papers must be written in English .
  • Submit via the EasyChair submission system.
  • All papers undergo a double-blind peer review process.
  • One author of each accepted paper must register and present at the conference.

Guidelines to Authors

  • Instructions “How to prepare your article”: PDF Guidelines.
  • Instructions “How to write title and abstract” are attached.
  • Publication right form (to be signed by at least one author): Publication Right Form.
  • Ethical rules: Publishing Policies & Ethics.
  • General editorial guideline: Editorial Guidelines.
  • The template for writing the paper is attached. Please adhere strictly to the template.
  • Articles will be checked using a plagiarism tool. Any ethical misconduct will be considered very seriously.
  • Required file type: camera-ready PDF. Authors must carefully follow the attached camera-ready file preparation guideline.
  • Extra care must be paid to author names and references. References are linked via Crossref only when correctly presented.
  • The given-name (first name) must be written in ITALIC. If this is incorrect, authors may not be properly indexed.
  • Complete affiliation must be mentioned: Department, Institution, City, and Country.
